Leading in-vehicle video telematics and computer vision company, VisionTrack, is celebrating its first award of 2021, winning the ‘Risk Management’ category in the Great British Fleet Awards.
The awards recognise the best of corporate motoring in the UK, from fleet managers to suppliers and manufacturers. The winners were announced online earlier today by the organisers, Fleet World.
VisionTrack’s entry focused on its next-generation, cloud-based Internet of Things platform, ‘Autonomise.ai’. Using the latest technologies and video footage enhanced with telematics data it delivered risk management solutions throughout the pandemic. This is helping to dramatically reduce risk, improve road safety, cut claims, eliminate fraud and reduce operational costs.
Simon Marsh, Managing Director at VisionTrack, commented: “To help reduce risks for fleets by enhancing road safety and improving driver behaviour is one of the main reasons VisionTrack exists, and why we’re continuing to invest in technology and development. The whole team is delighted with the award, and it’s testament to their hard work and dedication. We hope it’s the first of many this year!”
