VISIONTRACK ENJOYS TRIPLE AWARDS SUCCESS FOR AI VIDEO TELEMATICS INNOVATION

VisionTrack scored a hat-trick of industry award wins last night in recognition of its game-changing innovations that are transforming how video telematics is used by fleet operators and their insurance partners. The company, struck Gold in the Best Use of AI and Internet of Things Breakthrough categories at the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards 2023, while also receiving Bronze in the Technology Innovation of the Year category. Elsewhere, VisionTrack also scooped the Risk Management category at the Business Car Awards.

“We are driving innovation through the development of unique AI-powered video telematics solutions that mitigate the impact of road, driver and fleet risk,” explains Simon Marsh, CEO of VisionTrack. “This year alone, we have introduced NARA, an AI-powered post-analysis tool, and an intelligent pedestrian detection camera that are both unique within the marketplace.” 

The Tech & Innovation Awards took place at the Royal Lancaster London hotel, with 23 categories celebrating initiatives, teams and individuals embracing emerging technologies within the UK general insurance market. The event was hosted by Writer, presenter and comedian Timandra Harness, best known for BBC Radio 4 series FutureProofing and How to Disagree.

Meanwhile, the winners of the Business Car Awards 2023 took place at the Hilton, London Bankside. Prizes were handed out in 34 Headline, Manufacturer and Supplier categories at the black-tie ceremony, recognising excellence in the automotive fleet industry. This included showcasing innovation and fleet expertise amongst suppliers to the sector.
