VISIONTRACK WINS INSURANCE TIMES CLAIMS EXCELLENCE AWARD

VisionTrack had a successful night at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards, scooping the Claims Product Solution of the Year – Motor category. The company was recognised for the launch of its NARA AI-powered post-analysis software that is transforming how vehicle camera footage is assessed and collisions detected.

The 2023 Claims Excellence Awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims, with 20 categories celebrating the innovation and outstanding customer service that is taking place in this vitally important part of the insurance sector. The winners were announced at a ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel, London, which was hosted by award winning and critically acclaimed comedian Zoe Lyons.

NARA represents a huge step forward for video telematics, using ground-breaking computer vision models with sensor fusion to assess footage of driving events, near misses and collisions. The cloud-based software automatically removes false positive events and monitors driver behaviour, without the need for human involvement. This is helping fleets and their insurance partners to save time, costs and lives by taking advantage of proactive risk intervention and accurate incident validation.

Simon Marsh, CEO of VisionTrack commented: “We are continually pushing the boundaries of what is possible by embracing the latest advances in AI. We are committed to developing award-winning and industry-leading software solutions that keep us at the forefront of video telematics, insurtech and IoT, so this latest accolade is further recognition for our fantastic team.”
